Fundraising Ideas For Businesses

Have a Wear-White-to-Work-Day on the day of White Balloon Day, Friday September 7th. Decorate your workplace with white bunting, streamers and a donation box (provided in your pack once you register), white balloons (inside only please!). Ask all staff to bring a gold coin (or more) donation on the day.

Are you a boss? If so, show you care about the protection of the children in your community and host a fundraising morning tea or lunch for your employees. Cater the morning tea as a special treat for your staff and ask staff to make a donation, offering to match whatever they raise so as to double your businesses contribution.

Give up coffee for a day. Ask everyone in your organisation to give up just ONE take-away coffee on White Balloon Day, and instead donate the $5 to Bravehearts.

Donate a prize. We are currently looking for businesses willing to donate goods or services to be auctioned and raffled during our White Balloon Day fundraising gala. If you can help, (please email fundraising@bravehearts.com.au)

Don’t wish to make too much fuss but still want to support White Balloon Day? Make a donation to White Balloon Day on behalf of your business or organisation (you can do this via the website OR by contacting the Bravehearts office on 07 5552 3000).
