Get Involved in White Balloon Day

Support from businesses and organisations, both big and small, is vital to the success of White Balloon Day. No matter what you do for work, we need you to come together with your colleagues on Friday September 6 and make protecting kids your job! There are lots of ways you can show support for White Balloon Day in your workplace – scroll on for more info!

This year we are asking all supporters to take a few seconds to make a PLEDGE TO PROTECT kids. All you have to do is complete the pledge form with your business or organisation’s name and email address and that’s it!

If you would like us to send you a free SUPPORTER KIT you will also need to provide your postal address (but this is not compulsory).

Making the Pledge is important because it helps us with reporting back to the Australian Government about the number of people who care about child protection in Australia. So please make the Pledge to protect today!

By fundraising for White Balloon Day you are playing an active role in protecting children and preventing child sexual assault.

There are several ways you can raise funds in your workplace, from hosting a morning tea or work lunch, to selling merchandise or having raffle. Click on the link below for fundraising ideas to get you inspired!

Don’t forget to first MAKE THE PLEDGE so we can send you a free SUPPORTERS KIT and properly recognise your workplace for supporting White Balloon Day.

Use your business or organisational networks to help us spread the word about child protection and preventing the crime of child sexual assault by sharing our social media assets and more!

Our resources section for businesses includes messaging guides, digital assets, posters and other useful tools to help you get the word out and make it YOUR JOB to protect kids!

Do you own or work for a business keen to be an integral part of protecting Australian children? Become a White Balloon Day Campaign Partner by sponsoring the event with a tax deductible donation OR donation of goods and services.

Not only would you be partnering with Australia’s largest child protection campaign dedicated to the prevention of child sexual assault, you would be partnering with one of the country’s most trusted charities.

Our Corporate Partnerships Manager is ready to discuss sponsorship packages with you, so give her a call on 07 5552 3000 or click on the link below to complete an expression of interest form and she will be in touch!

Is your workplace doing all it can to manage child protection risks? Have your staff had appropriate child protection training? Do you think you could do more to meet the key element of child safe institutions?

Bravehearts is here to help. Our organisation sets the standard in child protection training and risk management for businesses and organisations. Bravehearts’ training team is here to help your workplace not only meet, but surpass the 10 key elements of child safe institutions that came out of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.

Now is the time to demonstrate your commitment to child protection.
